Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

I'm not sure if that's what giku meant. I don't know if AUs can have multiple in/outs, otherwise e.g side chain wouldn't be an issue... I hope I'm wrong
For now there are: fill, probability and every n-th. I am open for suggestions.
I stopped reading the Drambo thread and resolved to read it after it ships. But it's slow news day.
I figured this app was abandoned before it was finished. But it appears it's not.
I just want the damn thing to ship so I can start rumors about an Impaktor replacement that's
an AUv3 audio and MIDI FX app. Then we can wait 2 years for that must have drumming tool.
I just love Impaktor. That's real finger drumming. No little pads. Just old school tapping on the table.
If you don't own Impaktor please reply so I can Ignore you as clueless.
I find these quite useful in OT:
PRE is true if the most recently evaluated trig condition on the same track was true.
PRE is true when PRE is not.
NEI is true if the most recently evaluated trig condition on the neighbor track was true. The neighbor
track is the track before the one being edited. For example, the neighbor track of track 4 is track 3.
If no conditions exist on the neighbor track, the condition is false.
NEI is true when NEI is not.
Good for ghost notes/notes you want to appear together across tracks.
Yes you are right, what I meant is inter-track routing. You can send each track to a number of other tracks. First version has single audio output. Standalone app will have all audio interface outputs available in further updates (requires audio interface)
Diving in the OT manual Thanks

OK. How about GyroSynth on the iPad? With side-chaining from Impaktor?
I have to wait for something for another couple years. Help me out here.
Not good. I'm repeating myself. Let me turn left.
Let's push for side-chaining IAA's using 3rd party tools like AudioBus. Back to the future.
Apple gives up supporting IAA API's and @Michael just mentions millions of AudioBus users and apps.
AudioBus4 get the attention of a Late Night Show host and a demo is given to 15 million viewers of GyroSynth
side-chaining Impaktor and the rest is (a repeat of) history.
Duh. GryoSynth side-chained to Impaktor using "AudioBus4". In the end it's all about the plumbing when you
connect apps. No more AUv3 lock in. AUv3s can't even side-chain.
Actually, they can, quite well – it’s just us lame host app developers that don't allow it to fulfill its potential, mostly cos it's a rare use case, having multiple ins/outs. I'll remedy that sometime!
Actually they can. I've even exposed the gyroscope in Mozaic for use in AU scripts
Filter based on barometric pressure, please!

I kid haha.
Yes, conditional trigless p-locks are on board
How much is Drambo likely to cost, just so I can set money aside for it?
Ah, no... but worth considering
It will be relatively cheap
I have no clue what this means but it sounds absolutely awesome 👊🏼😎
