Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

Look at @wim with the carpet Tubing
There is a midi strummer module in NuRack too. I wonder if there’s a difference?
Can you set custom tunings in this?
The thing that always confused me about this app is that it requires chord input in order to get an arp going. It's all set up for a one finger symphony--why can't you just use the base note as the input for the specified chord?
It's a scaled down version. Not as many features.
It has a pad learn mode, so you could set it up to play chords with one note.
No.
Really? When I'm in the pad learn mode it asks for three or more notes? I do see now that it has underlying MIDI controls on Notes 0-15 and then 18 to engage the arp. That's a lot of work...
