Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

What if you’re not paying attention? Maybe give it six time just to be safe.
There are so many reasons to be grateful in this world, as many by omission as otherwise...
Some of you will know and/or subscribe to 'Brain Pickings', if you don't, I reccomend it and I do so here because I want to requote a few lines from a Jane Hirshfield poem “The Weighing” which I have not thought of for many years, but is included in today's blog piece summing up aspects of this 14th year anniversary of the newsletter by Maria Popova who curates the whole thing (wonderfully well).
So few grains of happiness

and still the scales balance.
I often think of this.
Damn!
That's like putting the entire Desiderata into a pot and boiling it down to a simple all-encompassing message...

Translation of BAWBAG @JohnnyGoodyear.
Imagine the Scottish accent of your violent choosing and then shout it while imagining scrotum (ball bag) etc.
Hahahahaha hahaha! Thanks.
Anyone read this: The People's Songs by Stuart Maconie
Thoughts?
I haven't read it but it looks interesting.
I haven’t either, but it’s now on my Christmas list. To learn that a Bay City Rollers track is one of the 50 brings me great comfort. I hope it’s S-A-T-U-R-D-A-Y Night. The first time hearing it I begged my sister to kill me. The only black mark against the Ramones is their Hey! Ho! Let’s Go! American terrace chant was apparently based on this belter of a number. Anyway, c’mon you lot, let’s rock out on this dull, damp T-U-E-S-D-A-Y Morning. One-two-three-four:
@Bluepunk you know it's Wednesday today, right? I wouldn't want you to miss your weekly appointment with the probation officer again.
FUCK! Thanks Richard, I owe you one...
In a hundred years time when a music journo writes the follow-up (Delete: Britain. Insert: World), what record should they pick that best tells the story of the times we find ourselves in now? Is there one?
I'm pretty sure my 18 year old would have strong opinions on this (not that he'd tell me). I'm guessing/hoping that the anthem required is even now being written (or at least germinated etc).
Well, this one was weird:
