APC40mkii Stop All Clips button not working

The Stop All Clips button on my APC40mkii doesn't always seem to stops all clips in Loopy Pro.
Anyone else have this issue? Am I missing something? It's not the button itself as I tested it in Ableton with no issue.

    If you add a Stop All clips widget to your project, does it work in those situations?
