Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.
32 step drm sequencer
I've designed a very simple 32 step drm sequencer
in dRambo using the LP X and LC XL.
The audio has some clicks and distortion which must've
happened during the rendering process so
I'll be updating the link after I re upload the video.
It's quite slow paced so be prepared to chill.
Edited.
Hereβs the updated link.

It has the following,
Individual saturation on three of the drum samples
the forth one is designed to be played melodically.
Send A
The delays have 2x buffer rescan modules which can be adjusted in real time.
Send B
Reverb
It has three tempo speeds, half, normal and double time.
Adjustable swing and humanising.
It also has global compression and saturation.
Not shown in this example are the live looping functions
of which it has 8 Flexisamplers, four of which are triggered
using a dedicated midi foot controller.
I have another example video coming soon.
Outstanding. You've gone several extra miles with this project. ππΌπ€
Nice grav. There should be an IOS crew. Soon we will work out controllers best for each player.
It's almost complete, I have a few more tweaks to do.
Thank you. π€ππ½
Thank you.

I thought there was an unofficial one. π
Someone has got to come up with a good name to make it official.
Yeah agreed, all of our rigs are personal which is really cool.
Though the direction is the same we
still manage to make each rig unique.
Sweet. Cheers!
Sweeeet!!!!

I thought I should mention this.
This project uses 1792 modules not including effects
and various other modules to get the sound.
ABiOSLP crew represent!
Nice work as usual @Gravitas
Things are starting to click with VS (for me) I think. I get the midi triggers, but Iβm still trying to figure out what I can do with βAMβ (audio modulation).
Nice one. Will this work with a LaunchpadPro?
Thank you
The spectrum thing is the one to get into.
Trigger specific stuff using midi and for the overall mix use the audio
that's when the "am" modulation comes into it's own.
I'm still getting stuck in.
I've been in studio session mode for the past couple of days.
It does, the only problem is all of the midi out modules
would need to be reassigned manually which would be tedious.
There is a 16 step version on patch storage which only uses one custom mapping.
The 32 step version uses two.
The midi out issue is currently being discussed in this thread
https://forum.audiob.us/discussion/45631/how-should-midi-be-implemented-in-the-new-audanika-app
Thanks for that
Spectrum thing?
Yeah, Iβve been stuck in this app for the last couple days as well, well in between working 12-13 hr shifts back to back, so really only like a couple hours here and there for this.
Yup, spectrum thing.
Yeah I know, the description isn't very precise. π
Looks like this, bottom right hand corner.
You can select gate or spectrum.
'Gate' can be used for stuff that has a strong pulse.
Drum rhythms etc.
I see 'Spectrum' like one band from a multiband compressor.
Yeah, I hear you.
I'm editing vocals, resampling samples, arranging etc.
No complaints, simply a different headspace.
Ah the spectrum thing. I messed with that, but couldnβt see or hear where it was affecting anything.
