The transport field ( play ‘record ) turns permanently red as soon as you touch it . Record does not work , either midi or audio rendering Zenbeats totally unusable.

    Try shutting down and restarting your device first if you haven't already.

    That's not normal behavior. If a reboot doesn't fix it, what device and iOS version are you on. Also, what are you recording? Are you using an external interface? If so, what?

    I also get random weirdness with Zenbeats when recording. Quitting the app, not just closing it, usual helps on the iPad.
