Will the IAP also 'transfer' to macOS? (It's one of the first truly universal apps iOS/iPadOS/macOS).
I know Gameloft put out a new 'universal' version of Asphalt 8 on the AppStore and the transfer between iOS/iPadOS/TvOS/macOS is seamless...
On a Mac it needs OSX 10.15 to install.
it would be better to update DM1 to au3 than another simple synth
Did you try it out? Seems worthwhile to me.
Also, it seems like a good way to fund further updates for DM2
it is enough for me to read the description to understand that for me this synth will not bring anything new.
I expect that’s all the motivation they’ll need to update DM1 for you.

Am I crazy, or is there no price for IAP? I like that it goes from Mac to iPad that's my selling point and like others I hut buy and nothing showed up.....
IAP fail pattern maybe? Softdrummer's seems to be having troubles with the same right now...
DM2 is a Pascal Douillard, formerly of Fingerlabs. Wouldn’t mind updates to DM1, myself.

DM1 is fine and rock solid. But DM2 is a great and weird beast.
It is. Unfortunately, the annoying sine wave bug in the drone machine is still there.
What motivation are you talking about? The only motivation for a developer is my $. The market is filled with ordinary synths, but there are no working au drum romplers. I love DM1, great samples, moderate functionality, and I'd rather pay to upgrade to au. This is my original post.

Yeah, I agree.
I've got it sitting there on my iPad gathering dust
because they didn't ever sort out midi sync properly.
If they were to make to it auv3 and sync to host
like dRambo we'll all be much happier.
Though saying this,
I still really like it and as long as iAA code is still around on iOS I'm going to use it.
