I used Gestrument Pro, I recorded a short passage, which in turn was layered (3 times)and staggered in starting points and plenty of reverb s (Eos2, AUFX Space, AltiSpace maybe a couple more!! ) in Aum... DAWCasette and Amazing Noises Limiter were also employed.
Basically 3 tape loops running with starting points at 0,50% and 75%... some manual panning and selective muting.
