Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Can Audioshare handle 24 bit lossless FLAC?

edited November 2013 in General App Discussion

Also, anybody know where to buy FLAC songs as Itunes only does 16 bit AAC per this link:

What I'm trying to do is sample and loop certain sections of songs, process them and play around in Audiobus apps, then mix in Auria. But I'd also like to have the original higher quality file to also blend with Audiobus processed file in final mix.

Thanks in advance

  • FLAC isn't there yet, but the developer said he would like to add it. Cubasis supports it, so that would be great for me. :-)

  • Thanks for the heads up audiojunkie!

Probably for the better anyways as it doesnt look like there are many FLAC songs available for sale outside of classical and a few indie labels.
