iPhone to iPad audio/Midi question....

Is it possible to complete this sequence....
1/ Connect a midi keyboard to the iPhone (5) via CCK then....
2/ Connect an audio interface to my iPad (4) via CCK then....
3/ Control say BM2 on the iPad with the midi keyboard connected to the iPhone using Wifi Network Midi ?
This way I can route iphone audio and midi to ipad using a simple audio interface and CCK whilst using both touch interfaces and a controller keyboard...
Can it be done ???

If iphone 5s or 5c; I don't think 5 does the CCK.
You would use the MidiBidge app for the wireless midi piece and it works very well with low latencies.
5 does CCK with iOS 7.
