Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.
Animoog Sighting in Ciani Interview about Subotnick
Sure, it’s easy to spot Animoog in many contexts. But it’s fun to hear Ciani describe her Buchla-only performances while watching images of her performing with Animoog running on an iPad next to her gear.

Hehe, nice link.
And the Animoog is at minute 05:01 circa?
I only know learned about Suzanne Ciani.
From https://reverb.com/news/the-basics-of-east-coast-and-west-coast-synthesis I saw that picture of a nice young woman and read https://reverb.com/news/spotlight-on-synth-pioneer-suzanne-ciani
After some videos on YouTube, I searched in this forum for the name and found this topic ;-)
Very interesting stuff!
Ah, and here she is running a Moog System 55:
Here's a live performance from this year. Animoog action within the first 2 mins.
Animoog literally begs to be used as a controller
Daily face melt achievement unlocked. Thank you.
Too many cables, just too many cables :-)))
She should better concentrate on an iPad. Will be the same sound, I think.
Here she is using her voice als filter for the Synthesizer?!?
Sounds nice, I like it.
Good to see & hear Ciani again, thanks!
What's the app on the ipad mini? I think it's a mini 2 or 3, the one with the accelerometer control at the beginning?
actually I think it's a normal sized ipad, just the lens makes it seem smaller.
I was puzzled about the same, but at least assured that this kind of controller interface is a feature for feature's sake
good for training grip muscles, though
I have been a fan of Ms Ciani ever since the teenage me saw her on the cover of Contemporary Keyboard magazine.
Who in their right mind could resist a beautiful Italian woman with patch cords flung around her neck?
What a great picture!
