OT Problem with iTunes
I spent a lot of money on iTunes gift card vouchers to purchase Logic Pro X. I successfully credited my iTunes account balance and tried to purchase Logic Pro X.
When I try to purchase it directs me to the Apple site where I have to answer my security questions but even though I know the answers it tells me the answers are incorrect.
I then tried to reset my security questions but Apple won't let me as it tells me there is insufficient information for me to reset security questions.
I then phoned Apple support but I get nowhere and I am told the reason I am getting those messages is because I am using my phone as a Wifi hotspot and I should use a proper Wifi hotspot which I find hard to believe. I am at my wits end over this as I fear I have lost money and the worst of it is that I fear that someone has hacked into my account a long time ago and changed the security questions.
Has anyone else had those problems?
