Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Can the new Midi filters output to different midi channels like midiflow?

Currently I use midiflow mainly to split my one keyboard into 6 midi channels and route to 6 syth apps on each of those channels. Do the new midi filters allow the output to be routed to a different midi channel? I couldn't see it in any descriptions or do I need to stick with midiflow?

  • You can select the MIDI channel that a pipeline should send to in the MIDI output slot. Just tap the blue 'i' button to show all the MIDI channels of your connected hardware.

  • Awesome thanks
