Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Please describe: upright? digital? weighted keys?
Lucky you! I would love to get a real piano. 👍
awesome congrats .what kind, pictures? audio clip?
Grand
How many instances of your piano can you run simultaneously in AUM?
Each key can be its own instance, but they all sound rather piano-ish.
Upright and I got a discount because I need to tune it myself
It’s getting delivered this week, I can’t wait!> @jolico said:

Congrats on your purchase.
I wish I had the room for a real piano.
Make the room! Who needs a couch 😂😂
People will tell you NOT to tune it yourself... so keep it quiet so you can
have that experience. I found it a very satisfying experience and it really teaches you to listen carefully.
Couch?
Actually, it’s my toilet paper stash.
🤣
I can’t wait until I have the space for my acoustic piano. Same here, I love all my tools but my piano and guitar are my lovers
Congrats @Pitje !!!!
I felt I needed a real piano too last year, And managed to get an antique 100 years old beauty last october that I restored myself.
Since then I`ve been extra creative, the piano is a wonderful instrument!
Also great to pair with the ipad, here with drambo &friends:
@Synthi
That sounds beautiful.
And thank you for saving that piano.
A lot end up in landfills these days, from what I have heard.
Thanks! yes! old pianos are full of melodies!
Congratulations!
When pianos are beyond repair there is still this:
😂
Picture or it dint happen.
+1
It’s not here yet! Getting delivered early this coming week! I can barely wait, but I’ll post a pic when it’s here if people are interested
If you have no experience definitely don’t tune yourself. It’s a subtle art. Congratulations on getting it.
I hope it brings you a lot of pleasant hours.
A good piano tuner will also fix issues you wouldn’t spot like the action. If it hasn’t been cared for you’ll have to get the thing tuned more regularly at first.
I have a baby grand. I love it to bits.

Truth. I got a cheap spinet off of Craigslist last year. Paying a pro $150 to tune it up (and fix a few bits) was very very worth it. I love it.
If it’s less than baby grand it doesn’t deserve it’s own thread!
Just kidding
It's half of the playing experience. Very important.
