Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Download on the App Store

Audiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

meantime ‘eventide’ comes up pretty quick in appstore search.

In iOS 12 I copy the link from the listing, paste into Notes which shows a text description and the URL. Copy the URL from Notes and paste wherever. Under iOS 13 when you copy the link from the listing you will get just the URL when you paste into the forum.

I'm on-hold for any app purchases at the moment, and would be getting this otherwise.

hell yes! until the behringer one comes out :)
it’s a time stealer though.. are you feeling ‘nerdy’ ?
watch davypoo’s vids to get over the starting hump if you want midi/key control rather than synth processing weirdness in abundance.

  • Bought it.
    Loving it.

Like all the Eventide hardware emulation it's spot on.
If you need spring reverb (it's got some metallic shimmer) this is a good one.

I think this it a discounted intro price and will go to $15 after a bit.

Do eeet! The VCS was my first synth. It’s still one of the weirdly magical (magically weird?) noise machines out there.
