Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

Old message:
Hi, We are ready to do beta testing for our amp sim plugin.
Comments
Sent, can’t wait!
Really looking forward to this!
We got to get @flo26 to weigh in before it ships. His word makes or breaks these
products on this forum. So, let him give it a spin early even if it delays the release
to re-tweak some aspect of the product.
If @flo26 is interested, I would love to have his input.
I have very little time actually...
I’m having a hard time...but if i can help....
Thanks
Ok we have enough testers on our list. If you use iOS 12, we could still use a few more testers but for iOS 13 we have enough already.
I am on iOS12 and very interested in testing this amp sim.
@Blue_Mangoo
Is it gonna be iOS12 and up only or will iOS11 be valid on release?
Any price range expected so we can save up?
Please send your test flight email to [email protected]
I did not intend to support iOS 11. If you have it, please send me your test flight email. If it works... we might consider supporting iOS 11. I'm concerned about processor power though. This plugin runs heavy on the CPU. Not supporting older iOS prevents people with iPads that can't run it from buying it.
.
I'm trying to delete a second copy of the same comment. Can't find the delete button.
Yeah... probably not good for older OS / Device indeed
But I could try it here if you want. iOS11 on iPad Mini 2
[email protected] is my testflight email
I have added your email to the list. I expect the beta to be available on Monday.
I am thinking of charging $10 in the first week, then going up to $15 as the regular price
This is just a very general question for anyone with opinions.
Is joining a beta like signing an NDA? What are testers allowed to share?
Is there language in TestFlight or the invite to provide guidelines?
I participated in a TestFlight for an app that I kept vaguely mentioning and the developer
never released it as a product. I felt terrible for sharing anything since the beta convinced the developer to pull the app back. It had to do with Impulse Responses and we can see that
that can be a tricky FX category to get right for Guitar Players.
It is a good idea for the developer to express their intentions. Some want secrecy...some want buzz
And some secretly want a buzz.
Its a good question. For this beta, there are no secrets. I would encourage the testers to talk about the app online as much as possible, including even making videos of it, even if they find bugs, because it will generate discussion and publicity.
No secrecy on this plugin please; only buzz.
Buz-z-z-z... This going to be a good App.
Why? It uses science. And Arthur C. Clarke teaches:
The developer here blends scientific coding with good judgement on sound impacts balanced by the constraints of IOS hardware. Tradeoffs towards a quality target.
We live in an age of magic with most people refusing to accept the input of our scientists.
I am open to the possibility that science will solve the most urgent problems... like the cost of good sounding guitar hardware for tone shaping.
Buz-z-z-z... Hear that. Science rev'ing up.
Sorry to hear it @flo26
All the best to you.
Thanks a lot!
@Blue_Mangoo : so far so good with iOS 12. It is sounding good and no problems in an hour of playing and running through the presets. So, far I've just been using AUM. I'll check it out in Auria Pro tomorrow.
Thanks. I’m glad to hear it.
Are the amp models enough to get all the sounds you need?
Is there a AC/Vox type clean sound? That’s one more I could use.
Any chance you will expose the engine more in the future?
Please send me a link to a video with the type of vox tone you like.
Edit: would something like this work for vox clean tone?
Had some time to play around for over a hour tonight and gain stage is pretty solid and sounds great too. Haven't seen any issues. I'm on iOS 12 iPad pro 10.5 very clean sounds coming out of it, and the crunch and distorted presets sound like the should. Will do more headphone testing tomorrow. Looking good guysk
Yep, looking for something sparkly like that.
I also like that tone. I’ll work on making an amp setting to emulate it. Thanks for the suggestion.
