Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Audiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

solved: AUM MIxer - master volume for all AUM channels?

Is there a way in AUM to set an overall "master volume" control to control the combined output of all channels?

I can set individual channel volumes, but some sort of "master" would be cool as a quick balancing tool when playing with tracks....

Create a bus channel and route the channels you want to sum to that bus.

Ch 4 is the master bus. Ch 1-3 sending audio to master.

  • hahaha, yep...found that just after I posted - I was doing a look around while waiting for a response! - and it was quick too thx! yeah all good I'll just use a bus.
