Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Audiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

Does anyone have MODEL SAMPLES & IK DRUM MACHINE?

Wondering about a side by side on them?

I'd rather compare Model Samples with Groove Rider but to each his own ;)

    Yeah, I get that.

Actually IK DRUM BOX-MODEL and GROOVERIDER.

GR is a far superior item for many things.

  • Slightly off topic, anyone using Groove Rider with a midi controller? If so, how?

I have used my Launchkey 49 with it as well as Launchpad Pro

I never got into the knobs or mixers.

I mainly use it for loop creation of testing grooves.

    Cool.

I have beatstep regular not doing much, thinking it would be fun exercise.

Try using it with iSpark as an advanced, tweakable drum machine.

Except for connecting an external keyboard, I've never felt like having to control GR from hardware, not even on an iPad Mini. The only thing I'm often missing is a full-screen slice editor and ideally piano roll too. But that's no job for hardware control either.

Also, the fine tune mode (shift + turn knob) is only available in the app, as far as I know.

Are you having a problem getting it set up? If so, what is the problem?
