Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.Download on the App Store
Audiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.
OHHHHHHH :poop: ITS HERE ITS HERE
is it released for windows as well ?
Holy f-cknknuckles! It looks so goood! Finally got an exciter and saturator!
Tomorrow mates, I'm off to get a hefty iTunes card so I can get iMS-20 and iPolysix. They're half off it seems. No time like the present!
Ok. Updated on iPhone 6s iOS 10.2. Not seeing anything new in gadget. No new gadgets or fx or colors? Restarted iPhone still nothing.. anybody else report successful update?
updated again after restarting. Ok now
The dreaded back button is still there, dammit. Off to the App Store anyway to spend some cash 🤣
Well they still can’t add a loop feature for the whole song but you can edit track names now. Tapai works great tried it model 15 easy setup to.
How to record that and bring it back in? Would need something like AUM/Audiobus right?
Memphis aka iMS20
AUM shows in Taipei so you should be able to link control and sync external virtual midi synths with Gadget. Anyone tried yet ?
It’s midi don’t see any way to route it in gadget to save as audio
FINALLY, the ability to rename track names! Helps with bouncing stems and mixing them down in Auria. I also like how the gadgets are organised by type and how I can ramp the tempo up and down. This is going to give my projects even more musical expression.
Quick try. Had taipai sequencing zeeon in AUM - just tried notes so far. Gonna be fun!
anyone have info on the other two gadgets?
Good god... I hate to be the one who pisses on everyone's parade, but the darker blue is not my idea of a re-imagined interface. Not a single one of my 100+ requests got implemented, most importantly of all was the way projects were saved. Still a little box with shrunken letters and truncated titles. I don't like the blue either. Looks like the ugly Switch. @davis_korgrd Please, please please undo the damage!!! Put in a setting so we can revert to the old look!
Oooo... drum machines all have a cool figure-esque “arpeggiator” now. Very cool for laying track backbones down in a hurry!
Yeah editing is super hard to see the lines and move stuff around. Bad choice korg. Loop options would be great and a way to save tapai to audio would be fantastic so you could use it in Vancouver.
Real talk... poly six.... worth it?
But taipaei doesn’t generate sound....
it is now.
Yeah. That’s what I figured
Seriously... it’s fantastic. Only thing holding it back was that it was iaa only. Being able to easily integrate it into a workflow now is going to be very cool (even if only with gadget instruments).
i like it better actually. to each their own though.
Hmm, are the Otorii and Ebina gadgets going to be Switch exclusives then?
Hope not they said six gadgets
That is cool! Too bad Tapeia doesn’t have it. Ahh well I can export to NS2.. but... no Files yet???
The midi gadget is iPad only? Just updated this on my phone and don’t see any new gadgets. Seems arbitrary for the midi side of things, am I just missing it?
Ah, only shows up for new projects.
I think this Gadget is also new?
No im seeing it on iPhone
Midi learn on transport control now too for those that care
