Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

its cheap and I already generated like a bunch of little ideas I'm going to use in tracks!

Yes- nice one. I can see where you are coming from with this. Thanks
You fancy giving us a few words?
Well that's my vast 99 cent investment for the day...:)
yeah I should make a little video, but really its worth it lol. First thing I did was try to get it to say 'awesomo' and I was like wow that'll make a great bassline... if the investment is too heavy I understand
just thought it be funny to hear something you made quickly :-)
Someone please try this through a vocoder and report back xD
When was this released and how on earth could have I missed it!?!
Thanks for pointing this one out @c_crs - Excellent app.
Shhhhhh.....
too late...
Feature request errrr..... copy paste function.
Has anyone here been in touch with the developer yet?
I'm thinking about making a few requests but all in all it works quite well already
Here's the web version.

A classic game-sound track from the C64 using SAM for the intro speech
Hey man, I asked the Dev about the possibility of copy/paste.
Cool! I was unable to find any contact info
Did you mention this thread to the developer?
(I usually try to add a AB Forum link when I reach out to developers).
For me personally I'd be happy with 'Render to File' as it would avoid having the sound loop when using the keyboard to play & record it. And well the beginning click can drive one nuts
I did mention the forum but no links, If I get a reply (not sure about the address I have)I will follow up with all your suggestions and send a proper link mate. 🙂
I will PM you also if I get an update.
Thanks, until now I've been using the linked web-page and iOS screen-recording to grab SAM samples
(after screen-recording, import the movie to BM3 or AudioShare and convert it to a more useable format).

Hihi, please no pictures though!
Sam appears to be a bit cheeky.
HaHa! That was so awesome!
Confident that I've missed a subtext here . .
Fun

Hey there's a problem with the developers email, wanted me to update this thread with their actual email address as the handler isn't forwarding correctly, for your inquiries, an AUv3 version will be on the way: rblahutaol.com
Awesome!
AUv3 Automation of the playback parameters will be fun for sure
But honestly 'render to file' is all I need to avoid the hassle of recording & trimming the sounds.
It would be good with numerical feedback on the 'parameters' so we could do precise emulation.

Bläh, I don't like the table-paste in the forum.
I also heard from a colleague from the Dev, working on future update.
Cool!
Do you know if they use Sebastian Macke's code https://github.com/s-macke/SAM or did they write a new one from scratch?
I'm wondering since the linked code does not produce a 'click' at the start of the sound like rbSAM does.
Anyways looking forward to any update, apps like these are hidden gems
Great find, I'm a sucker for these text to speech apps, so much fun! Really like this one. Are there any others you guys like?

I'm also a fan of Speak.
I just got through with using it on a track.
I also like Speak Unit, but I discovered a quirk when first using it.
I programmed some " la la la"s into it, but when they were triggered they were voiced as "Louisiana Louisiana Louisiana" 😆
