Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.
Note / chord detection app?
Any suggestions? Preferably with audioshare support. No need to convert to midi but sure that is a bonus.

Software Privacy Policy
[Tim Edit: Uhhh... That's a little alarming. There is a 4 paragraph privacy policy in the iTunes description. I don't see anything too worrying in there though. I've redacted it just because it would be insane to copy-paste it here, but you should read it if you value your privacy.]
But that's generally for if you are trying to figure out tones from a recording, and have a decent amount of time to focus on the task.

This goes on sale pretty frequently.
Way late to the party but I found that the Yamaha chord finder worked really well, well enough to get started anyway and then can figure out voicings from there. Neato what modern software can do!
I made this thread? Huh
Must have been the other @AudioGus. You know, the exotic one.
I don't understand using technology to determine chords in a song. This is basic musicianship, and part of the creative process. Using an app would take all the fun and inspiration out of the process for me.
I totally agree. Not sure what the OP's deal is.
Oh actually, judging from the date maybe it had something to do with Blocs Wave.
Lol
