Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

Looks like there may be an issue with Nanostudio receiving it's own sound.
I replaced SP and JU with Thumbjam and Ampkit...still no effect.
Also when trying to sample Nano's own sound....nothing is recorded.
Yeah it's still not working for me either. Oh well. Still fun to play with.
You have to make Nanostudio the AB input to hear it through the effect slot. Soundprism doesn't need to be on the bus at all.
I was about to say, NanoStudio would have to be in the input slot In order for it to go through Effects....no reason for soundprism even be there except for a quick jump icon, its only controlling NS
@syrupcore @JMSexton D'oh of course...my excuse was it was 2am. Cheers guys!
Also Nanostudio cannot currently, be in both slots at the same time.
I'm not impressed with Nanostudios update so far.
Guess their holding out for the upcoming NS2.
I hope so B
Yea this was released just because everyone wanted AB so badly
Made up a tutorial for anyone interested. http://main.iosmars.com/2013/05/18/how-to-record-audio-into-nanostudio-using-audiobus/
Brilliant, thanks so much for these tips. Will try them tonight.
I'm still at the very beginning with these apps but bought AudioBus yesterday on getting the Nanostudio update.
You're in for a lot of fun @Rawz!
