Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.Download on the App Store
Audiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.
I've got quite a few apps, they are categorised by type but last night i had the idea to put the apps i'm going to use for a song into their own folder and then use only those.
Any that don't work or cause problems get replaced with something else and this sets the framework of what i can use and forces me to learn that app and what it can do. So for bass i might use Animoog and multifx Turnado (i know all the apps appear in a drop down in AB etc but i just ignore the ones i'm not using).
So with the vast array of options how do you keep yoursel focused like when working on iOS?
