Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

iPad mic input question

Hi, I have a new 12.9” iPad M1. Since it has great speakers, I want to try sending my Maschine+ into the ipad and mix the built in soft synths in AUM with the output from the NI.

When I connect the normal TRRS splitter leads into the USB hub headphone socket, the iPad audio it routed to the headphone socket, so no audio via the speakers.

Is there an adapter that when connected to the headphone OUT will only take the Mic IN?

Or is there a better way of getting audio in to the iPad whilst still using built-in speakers?

Thanks.
