How do I get the TV screen to display my iPad mini in full size..now on my tv screen it's on 70% with borders

    On The AppleTV check Settings->Audio & Video-> Adjust for AirPlayOverScan Settings (Set it to Off).

    I had to set it to OFF to avoid 'Borders' when doing Airplay to AppleTV from my MacBook Air, iPhone 5 and iPad Air 2...

    My TV is also set to 'no scaling' when using the AppleTV. This way i get pixel per pixel accurate display.
