Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.
Crudebyte's iCathedral Organ Out Now - Temporarily on Sale

Galileo organ sounds better....price is ridiculous!
Yeah, but Galileo doesn't show you the Cathedral. And the Organ. And the Cathedral again. And the Organ again. And how about that Cathedral!
If you want the grand tour ...
The sound is more important than visuals!
Yeah @Greg, but how about that Cathedral? And the organ?
I think the Cathedral would look better if it had Audiobus parked inside it.
@Noisehorse Didn't you see that crate behind the Organ on the second 360 labeled, "Do not open until Jack dies?"
polaron's series of free organs are very very good. And they show you the original location too ;-)

I might spring for the "full notes" IAP of Pitea at some point, but, even as it stands, the free version is luxuriously wonderful. Doug did a demo of one of these recently (can't remember which one).
Brilliant - as Doug would say :-)
@MusicInclusive ^^I strongly second that. I sprang for the full Jeux and Menzel in addition to the free version of the Strand after watching @thesountestroom's demos. Here's one for the Menzel:
here is my demo for iCathedral Organ, Its not really anything like Galileo, which i also love

That's a lovely cathedral. And organ.
With these whoopers, me think's, we're gonna nead a bigger boat!
Thank you for the demo video, Doug. I'll have to stick with the Jeux D'Orgue and Menzel organ for now, but I can definitely see the appeal of this app, which let's you dial in your stops, effects and save your own presets.
Also nice to see the snazzy animation from their promo vid actually made it into the app
