Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Audio editing in Cubasis

Hello everyone.
Im editing some recordings from within Cubasis and the built in editor is a little basic.
Is there an AU3 editor that could work to edit recorded track files from within Cubasis that have a few more options and features than the built in editor?

Im looking at Neon and maybe this will suffice but wanted to ask if any experts have some tips to share and suggestions?

Thank you for reading and as always really appreciate the kind people who take time to reply.

Best wishes,

Neon is the only AUv3 editor I can think of.
What’s the reason it needs to be AUv3?
I like Meow the best for most simple tasks. It’s not AUv3, but I don’t miss that in an audio editor.

  • I wanted to edit directly within cubasis and not have to edit in an external app and then open cubasis to hear the result in the context of a song.

Meow is a great editor, i have that and many others :)

  • After more research its easy for me with Neon. You can just copy paste the edits in and out within your tracks no need to leave cubasis.
Neon is super flexible and can be hosted inside cubasis. Just create a separate audio track and us it as the inbuilt editor. No need for multiple instances either:)

    Wow such a great tool.
