Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

  • Rest in peace. 😮‍💨 Another legend gone.

He was very influential to me. After I bought my first guitar, I listened to "John Mayall - Live in Europe" and taught myself how to play a few riffs from "The Train". It was then that I realized I might be able to do this. At 90, he had a good run. He was never a global, pop superstar, but every musician knew who he was. If you played blues, you knew John Mayall.

  • He had some good bands. He was famous among LA musicians for having a world-class porno collection at his house in Laurel Canyon. I moved to LA several years after he lost everything in a fire, and guys were still telling stories about his collection.

  • My favorite album was the one with Peter Green on guitar.

That's a kind of sad legacy.

More sad that his house burned with all his fabulous stuff! That was only one of his collections, but obviously the one that generated the most gossip.

I must respectfully disagree. Nothing wrong with appreciating the finer things in life.
