Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

How can I know what keys I'm hitting in cubasis?

sorry if this is the wrong section but I can't find anything online and wasn't sure where to post.

It might be a really dumb question but I don't know what keys I'm hitting on any of the instruments in cubasis for the iPad and can't find the answers. If anyone can help I'd be grateful

Thanks

  • When you have an instrument loaded and active in Cubasis, you can click on "keys" or "pads" in the top left hand corner and the on-screen keyboard or pads come up. I can't remember if they show visual reaction if you're triggering keys/pads from an external controller though.

Cubasis does have a forum as well, if ya need help with it in the future: http://www.steinberg.net/forums/viewforum.php?f=183

  • Thanks for the link, I'll try it because the notes aren't to be seen anywhere
