Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Roland TR-8S - Is it possible to change the set volume of weak notes?

Whenever I try to add weak notes to my pattern, it always ends up too quiet to even hear if there are multiple sounds already playing. I want to add audibly weaker notes, but not ones that get easily drowned out due to how quiet it is. I searched all over the machine, but I can't seem to find a setting anywhere. Is it even possible? if so, how? Thank you in advance.

  • If you hold down on the note in the pattern you want to edit and press the utility button to cycle to the right through the menu on the screen, you will get to velocity. Then turn the value knob to select velocity strength. The copy button will cycle back to the left in the menu.
