MIDI Keyboard Controller with Quiet Key Action?

So many MIDI keyboard controllers have noisy keys (loud clicking when playing).
Can anyone recommend any options that are quiet?
I am looking for 3 or 4 octaves (36 - 49 keys) with synth or semi-weighted action.

    Novation keyboards don't click.

    The Arturia KeyStep family ? My KeyStep (the old one with 32 Keys) is pretty quiet.

    Felt and rubber strips can help, that's what I've seen in quieter keyboards.
    Depending on the construction, the keyboard enclosure might need to be silenced as well.

    Yeah, this is very annoying with some MIDI-controllers…
    The only silent keyboard I’ve got is an 88-key StudioLogic SL88, the rest clicks…

    Even my upright piano (pianola) from 1905 is pretty noisy in keys and pedals - this beast weight +400kg, so, nothing to ship to an piano mecanic in the city 🤔🤔
