Load audio clip/ loop with settings?

Is it possible to load an audio file with volume etc settings pre set-up? I.e. record loop, set up volume etc, export and then be able to import later as a clip with settings stored?

    A clip's settings and the audio are independent. If you import audio into a clip, the clips settings don't change. So, there isn't a way to export an audio file in such a way as to change the clip settings when you import it.
