Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

I didn’t know about that latency issue on Apple products. That’s weird. But I own an Evo4.
Interesting. One consideration is the Presonus 26c which has 2 outputs, 2 of which are dc coupled and it's on sale now for $130. Pretty tempting and good to see that it probably has decent RTL.
Do you also have an Onyx latency meter app? https://onyx3.com/LatencyMeter/
Would be nice to know Evo4 RTL results measured on iOS...
EDIT: I found these results for Mac at 48kHz
Hmm, this is weird, I'm quite confused now I found another RTL results for Motu M2 (Mac, 48kHz) from 2 reviewers and numbers are significantly better than from Julian Krause's PC test:
That seems more in line with what MOTU claims. But that’s strange.
That reminds me, before you said otherwise, I always thought that Windows had more latency (thinking back to the last 20 years). It was a common conclusion, back in the day.
But sorry I don’t have that app and $10 feels steep to satisfy a curiosity. I’ll consider it though.

This audio interface review subforum of AudioScienceReview is very helpful as well. They’re very much into objective testing. In fact, they actively mock any subjective opinions. And that goes for speakers, amps, DACs, and any other components.
Love that site.
@Butterfrog I spend hours lurking haha…which subforum is your favorite?
Also a lurker! Psychoacoustics is a real treat! And I search the forums whenever I want info on a specific piece of hardware! You?
@Butterfrog I skim it all…if I’m on a regular visit kick, I will hit the New Posts Since Your Last Visit.
It’s all fascinating.
