Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Back to school a new small album

Back to school

We keep learning, don't we? For frenq, it was reason to go back and long for school. But do we get anywhere with it? The thoughts of school have been at the cradle of this little album. The predominant thought is that the end of school time brought relief and a hearty celebration. What do you think about this?

Thanks LL for your comment and glad to hear from you! Philip Glass is one of my favourites!

  • Enjoyed this one. Second section sounded a bit Dire Straightish which can only be a good thing.
I tried to ‘Like’ the album but it asked be for a login / create an account which I tend not to do but the thought was there 👌

  • Sounds great. Can you tell us a little about what you used to make it?

  • @reezygle, first thanks for listening.

Used yonac organ and zeeon as ios synths, used several vsts on pc, like all the guitars, used naturalreader voices and many samples. I always make use of ios and pc but do mostly end mix on Reaper pc. Hope this help. regards, frenq

  • Hello Tony, sorry you could not 'like' it, but thanks for listening. frenq

me too, the thought was there, the answer was no, because I don’t want to register to another forum, I hardly leep track with the ones I’ve subscribed to, so no. Then came the thought, this is worth it, the talent behind these songs is too great. And who knows, this platform might possibly a good one, as I’m thinking about to leave Soundcloud since some time anyway. Now I’m registered at hearthis.at and listen through all @Frenq albums. They are brilliant.

Recently I also went back to school. And found a good teacher. Henry T. Laurency. The best for me. It’s not a personal view of things, it is higher knowledge. The mystery school of Pythagoras. Laurency says, Pythagoras didn’t make his voyages to learn. He had the knowledge already. He made this to meet other mystery schools, to find the best way of teaching for the Greek culture of that time. Laurency did the same in the 20th century, but could adopt most from Pythagoras, including the use of numbers for the hierarchies and states of consciousness, instead of using words like other systems (theosophy and other neo-esoteric literature).

(the numbers in this text are explained at the beginning of Laurency’s book “The Knowledge of Reality”)
