Help with importing presets into Nambu (iPhone)+ how to access XINEMATIX Bonus IAP’s

I’m trying to import some presets into Nambu from my files app using my iPhone 12 Pro Max. For some weird reason I can’t figure out how to. Strange thing is I’ve imported 3 other banks successfully in the past and didn’t have trouble importing them then. So why am I having a hard time figuring it now. If someone knows how to for iPhones Nambu import let me know. And I also might need help with accessing my Bonus Points for XINEMATIX on my iPad. I purchased almost a 100$ worth of the IAP’s and the bonus is still reading at “0”. I turned off my iPad and plan to turn it back on when I’m home. Hopefully that will activate my bonus then. But for now I haven’t checked yet. That’s why I said I might end up needing assistance, cuz I’m hoping they will activate by then. I assumed it would add the bonus automatically. That’s all. Thanks

    I also purchased $60 in IAP’s and did not receive any bonus credits. I hope @virsyn can add code in an update that insures buyers get bonuses equal to 1/2 of their purchases. Some purchases happened before the bonus program was added but I suspect the metadata has date of purchase details.

    The reason I bought a lot of IAP’s cuz they’re on sale, and with the bonus that’s a good deal. I hope this gets worked out before the sale ends. That was the whole main reason of me buying all those IAP’s

    I feel your pain. Let’s hope it gets fixed. I am happy with the sounds I’m hearing in the purchased packs but that just means I wants more.

    Sorry there is indeed a problem with calculating the bonus points. The bonus isn‘t lost but can not be calculated at the moment. Hope to get the update out till end of the week. The sale will last a lot longer.
