Noise in BM2 Audio track

when I record Thumbjam to BM2 via AB with deregulator in FX i'm getting noise in Audio monitor / recorderd wav in BM2. Is it known issue, or did I miss some setting somewhere? I also tried IAA in BM2 but I got sync problems and don't know how to put deregulator in the midďle
