Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.
AfroLatin Drum Machine
AfroLatin Drum Machine has been out for a little while. The recent v1.1 update includes Audiobus. This is from the Rock Drum Machine people and shares the same interface and look and feel. I bought it today for $3.99 US and have been playing with it for a half hour, just jamming to the rhythms with my guitar. I like it.
Comments
I just about managed to stop myself buying VoKey ($9.99) this morning and thus I surely deserve this little nugget as a reward, no? (What was that we said about bargaining at the the last meeting?)
With New Groove you can make almost any Time Signiture.
Even if you are not particularly into Latin beats, you can use this to add shakers, tabourines, etc to your other rhythms. I just got it on the basis that I thought that Rock DM was easily worth twice as much! Some great sounds in this, it has a very live feel to my ears.

I like it. Especially as a combination/second banana.
I love this app... especially with Thesys running the MicroBrute and theremin
