Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.
Seeking a simple basic auv3 gain staging or volume level iOS app plugin that I can insert pre fader
Hi forum any tips? TIA
Comments
If you’re using AUM, there’s a Gain node available built in (under Dynamics) in the node list.
If you’re using a different host, then that won’t help, unfortunately.
@bygjohn thanks. Yes it seems AUM is the only iOS app that has this built in. I use Bm3 , Cubasis3 and AEMS
If you have ApeMatrix, it comes with a handy Gain/Pan AUv3 plugin available in your other hosts.
You could probably stick any EQ plugin in there and keep it flat, but use the output adjust to boost the signal.
There is DDMF's "TheStrip" for $12. You can turn off the EQ, gate, and compressor and simply use the output. But TheStrip does have that EQ, Gate, and Compressor which are pretty handy.
@jwmmakerofmusic thanks yeah that’s what I’ve been doing
@CracklePot yes that’s been my method
Audio damage channel strip.
I agree this is a missing thing!
What about Maze Rider?

You could just use the gain.
I thought volumeCTRL was AU but I guess not…
Maybe WU AUPeak Limiter I think it’s still free
Any limiter with make-up gain.
