I have troubles with my last big project, it's gonna be slightly delayed due to me being me.
In the meantime, I try to not stay more than 72 hours straight in bed.

    I listened to this again. An ambitious journey. The drums are iOS? I liked the three vocal passages, too, and the drill band at 5:00. I hope your mind is free when you create, Joseph.

    all is made in NS2 + Audiolayer. The drums are made of a LOT of various samples and short loops and other one shots flams, rolls and other articulations that were rendered independently and imported back in neon.

    I had a few months of almost peace, but right now it's anything but peace. sometimes I just can't handle living and all I can do is nothing. should pass it always did.

    Very cinematic. A line of large black SUVs speeding through a desert toward an isolated air force base. Cut to: Dramatic footage of an attack helicopter peeling diagonally across the screen, mini guns blazing at… what? A strange, multi angled machine, rising silently from a recent crater, in a swirl of dust and smoke. Light lances from the mysterious object. The helicopter explodes…

    … in a darkened stone room an ancient Arabic man consults a parchment scroll covered in strange runic symbols. At the centre: a pen and ink sketch of a strange, multi angled device… Cut to:

    Soldiers scramble, military vehicles speed toward the crater…

    Too late…

    …superbly dramatic stuff. I love the variety of percussion sounds used here. A talent to be envied.

    Seriously @jo92346 this is phenomenal and so powerful. Love those taiko-esque drums. Great work! Liked and subscribed and will eagerly await the rest of this big project.

    Meanwhile, maybe I’ll crawl back into bed too. Making an assumption here but even if it doesn’t apply to you, depression sucks…this world can be hard to bear. 💙
