    Logically, they include this risk in their selling price as Amazon does when you return an item for free. Are we about to pity devs here ? Obviously Im not, theyre not my personal friends, just merchants. I also lose money sometimes on my business, I dont feel it like a penality, it’s part of the business game.

    I would just like to have an informed opinion on the matter, regardless of my or anyone else's feelings towards developers.

    It’s pretty rare I ask for a refund maybe 2-3 times ever. Each time had a valid reason.
