Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.Download on the App Store
Audiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.
Instrumental in key of Db (?): Nanostudio 2, Obsidian, Slate, Sunrizer, Tonaly (mostly on iPhone)
It's not polished and I'm too impatient not to share since I've been working on it in bits and pieces for a couple of months.
I started messing around with testing chord progressions with a flat degree. Well, I ended up wanting to practice things I've been trying to learn from my music courses (various Udemy ones) and books (Rikky Rooksby). No generative help this time. Only used Tonaly to make it convenient to get the chord midi into nanostudio.
Part of what I was trying to do is do a funky bass like the one in Guns N' Roses' Rocket Queen, so I have no idea how I ended up with this instead.
I hope it's not too bad for your ears. Once I get into my course on mastering, I hope to make it a bit more polished.
I appreciate any tips on what could be improved as well on what is already working.
