Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Download on the App Store

Audiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

2021 iPad Pro -> Nucleum usb hub -> hdmi -> external monitor?

When I try via Nucleum hub + hdmi cable I get a "No Signal" on my monitor.

Direct iPad -> usb-to-hdmi dongle -> hdmi cable -> monitor
works fine.

The Nucleum is adequately powered.

Any ideas?

Try another cable maybe? Not all cables are created equally.. unsupported resolution?

  • My new Nucleum worked fine going into a TV the other day not sure What it would be like with a modern monitor.

I tried both routes using the same cable, the hub route did not work when I tried it.

Interesting, I had my piano plugged into the hub as well, I just tried changing the order in which these were powered on and now it works. I know that order matters for where the iPad sends its audio (via hdmi to monitor, or via usb to piano), so maybe it was trying to send the video along with the audio to my piano

    Confused but happy

    Thanks !
