Midi/audio stopped working

Hey all, my ipad pro 12 (first edition) has been rock solid for ages, but about a year ago i have been unable to plug in any of my small interfaces or class compliant devices ((with the cck). I assumed it was cable issues, or the interface i was using but have been busy with other stuff so I didn’t really try more. Recently got another device and wanted to try ios connectivity and used my phone since it was handy and all worked. When i tried the same device with same cables etc on the ipad no go. Aum doesn’t see the device etc.

Anybody have a similar issue? The lightning port works for charging but nothing else.

    Try cleaning the iPad port? Dust and other crud may be blocking the data contacts.

    It is only MIDI/Audio not working or all data? If all data, I'd take it to an Apple Store and have someone check it out.

    thanks for the help guys, forgot i had posted.
    turns out that i have no data, computer doesn't see it. have been using icloud for backups so hadn't realized. so i guess i will take it in to apple to see what's up. thanks.
