Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Effects send in AB

When I first posted in this forum, five months back, users advised me I would need to get AUM for a proper effects send. But I've since come across a hidden [to me, at least] feature that makes it happen. I enable two audio channels using the same input from my guitar, one with a delay effect inserted. The mixer page displays it as one channel, but when I adjust its volume slider [in my case with an expression pedal] only the delay channel is affected; the other channel's volume remains steady. I don't understand why both channels are not reacting, but I sure appreciate that I can now fade out the delay without its repeats fading unnaturally with it.
