    That's an all-in-one pedal. You may need multiple apps to cover all of its patches.

    All except reverse delay could be done in Drambo, but that's quite a bit of work.
    Can't remember any delay app that has all of these on board.

    Timeless by Fabfilter is fully featured ,but not plug an play

    Traditional delay and great sounding is Dub Station but not shimmer
    For shimmer , FAC alteza and 4 pockets

    My recommendations would be Dub station + FAC alteza
