Can you rename and delete presets in Hammerhead?

    Delete, yes. Rename, no.

    To rename, load the preset, then save with the new name and delete the old patch.
    To delete, go to load preset, navigate to the user folder, then swipe-left on the patch name to expose the delete button.
    You can't delete factory patches.
