Audiobus: Use your music apps together.
What is Audiobus? — Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.
Download on the App StoreAudiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.
Crackles in SynthMaster One
Working on an 808 kick sound and getting crackles on release and during the sustain. Anyone else?
iOS 14.7 (just upgraded hoping it fixed it - 14.6 was also experiencing this), iPhone SE 2020, Synthmaster One ver. 1.5.4 (latest).
I will also try this later on my iPad Air 2.
iOS bug? SynthMaster One bug?
Thanks!

I see this has been talked about a lot on the SynthMaster 2 thread. But seemed to be on the new M1 processor only. iPhone SE has an A13 I think, so it's an iOS bug?
It was discussed as also affecting the newer Bionic processors, i.e. A12 and above. See

And it really has nothing to do with SynthMaster 2, although it may be more severely affected.
yikes.
It will work fine on your iPad Air 2 with iPadOS14.7. It's the more 'modern' iPads (A12 and upwards) iPads that have all kinds of audio issues...
So much for my hand dandy iPhone only workflow
I could get the crackling that seems to be related to some confused converter in the OS to happen under 14.6 on my first gen. Pro. I didn't have the problem under the iPadOS15 betas on that iPad. I haven't been able to get it to happen on the new M1 Pro under 14 or 15 at all.
I have no audio issues on my 8th gen iPad with A12 processor. Am I just lucky? π€
That's the weird thing about it, it doesn't affect everyone, so yea, consider yourself lucky
Apparently iPadOS15 will 'fix' this but the remains to be seen when it finally ships...
Too bad Iβm not that lucky with lottery tickets or @Gavinski giveaways!! πππ
