Double click reset doesn’t work in cubasis 3.3 ？

I just bought cubasis, and I found that double click can‘t reset the knobs， most of the time，sometime i need Three click or Four click，Especially in Micrologue。but it work fine in those insert Effects，Is there something wrong with my settings? Or is cubasis always like this
