Audiobus: Use your music apps together.

What is Audiobus?Audiobus is an award-winning music app for iPhone and iPad which lets you use your other music apps together. Chain effects on your favourite synth, run the output of apps or Audio Units into an app like GarageBand or Loopy, or select a different audio interface output for each app. Route MIDI between apps — drive a synth from a MIDI sequencer, or add an arpeggiator to your MIDI keyboard — or sync with your external MIDI gear. And control your entire setup from a MIDI controller.

Download on the App Store

Audiobus is the app that makes the rest of your setup better.

Thanks. I’m doing something wrong here. Would someone mind just stepping through how they got these to show up in daftee mode detail?

  • Thank you so much @Emanresu !!

Unzip and then copy / move to the Import folder within your FAC Bandit files app folder (for me this was under ‘On My iPad’ which threw me for a second). Open standalone, presets should be there, then the AU.

Thank you! I have done this twice and even deleted Bandit, reloaded, and tried again. The presets still don’t show up in Bandit. Very strange. Has anyone else got this to work on iOS 14.4.1?

  • @gusgranite Yes. Same version it works for me.

  • Ok, got it working by unzipping the file using Audioshare rather than Documents. Weird.

Thank you everyone! Apologies for the derail. 🙂

Why didn’t you just unzip in the Files app?

Now if only @FredAntonCorvest would fix the Bandit restore delay and reverb effects bug...The guy is aces but this one oversight is such a buzzkill everytime i'm deep into something, ready to add Bandit, then have to exit the daw, open the standalone, reopen the standalone, restore my project. Must've done it 20 times by now.

I thought it was just me, this happens every time Bandit has an update.

Plus it happens for me every time I haven’t opened it for a while.
