Would you guys please help me in figuring out how to connect my Analog Heat with my audio interface and the Scarlett OctoPre?

I am having difficulties in making it work inside Ableton Live. I want to stay away from Overbridge.

I run Ableton Live on macOS
Audio interface: RME Babyface pro fs
Adat through Focusrite Scarlett OctoPre
Elektron Analog Heat.

Im hoping someone with similar setup will explain what connections are required in order to use Analog Heat inside Live, as an External Audio Effect.
